Protein Coffee Pancakes

- 2/3 c Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix
- 2 Tbsp Buzzfit Protein Coffee
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Peanut Butter ETB Protein
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg
Optional for Toppings:
- 1 Scoop Ben and Jerry's - Brewed To Matter
- Drizzle of DS Naturals Brownie Batter Fluffbutter 
1. Place 2 Tbsp of Buzzfit Protein Coffee in a cup, and add about 1/3 c of hot water. 
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher, including the hot coffee, and hand mix together.
3. Heat griddle and pour.
4. Once pancakes start to bubble a little bit, flip and wait about 1 minute before taking off.
5. Stack and add toppings.
